Design Principle:

Features a planar exit surface with a convex central area and annular sawtooth structures on the input side. Utilizes refraction + total internal reflection (TIR) to concentrate light: LEDs emit rays refracted to a reflective surface, undergo TIR, and exit through the planar lens. Each tooth structure achieves short-focal, high-intensity concentration with uniform light spots. Available in plastic/glass, supports multi-lens arrays and good color mixing.

2. Matrix Optical System, Condensing System & Fly-Eye Lens

3. Cylindrical Polyhedron Matrix LED Light Source

Structure:

Comprises an LED chip substrate, cylindrical light guide pillar array, and metal housing. Reduces output angle from 120° (standard COB) to 38°, increasing intensity while maintaining planar emission.

Working Principle:

Consists of a pattern plate, first/second lens groups (cemented doublets). Moving lens groups along the optical axis adjusts focal length; single-group use enables fixed-focus. Mathematical ratios between system/element focal lengths ensure linear zoom within allowable angles.
